Everbridge recently received certification of its closed-loop IT service management (ITSM) connectors with BMC RemedyForce, Remedy 8.1 and Remedy 9.1. This partnership allows Everbridge’s IT Alerting solution to seamlessly integrate with BMC Remedy.
