Up and down the east coast, the region is bracing for Winter Storm Stella on Tuesday, March 14th. The nor’easter is likely to produce the largest snowfall of the winter season, with heavy snow and strong winds with gusts of up to 50 mph. Residents from Virginia to Maine are preparing for the worst–whiteout conditions, potential power outages, immovable snow piles and more. Already, the New York Public School system has closed school for Tuesday, the City of Philadelphia has declared a snow emergency, and communities throughout New England are ready for some seriously severe weather.
Everbridge will be tracking Winter Storm Stella as a high priority event, and we will be providing extra support and services to our clients to ensure your ability to effectively manage incidents and communicate effectively throughout the course of the storm. Clients can utilize our Emergency Live Operator phone line, where a representative will assist you in sending an emergency notification if needed.
